Unfotunately no: The brain structural damage is permanent. The only hope is that that remaining brain may adequately compensate for ability to function in life. Try caffeine tablet 100 mgm as a test to see if any improvement in mental cognition occur for next 3-4 hours. If so then give caffeine tablets life long.
