No: Not really but dryness will make itchy throat worse so you have to know the reason for your itchy throat.

Itchy throat: No. But both symptoms may have the same or unrelated concurrent causes. Please see your General Physician or General Dentist to start the diagnostic process. Once the cause(s) have been established, appropriate treatment can be chosen.
