Not likely: If it is in the uterus. Only if the iud perforated the uterus and the bowel, which is unlikely. I think you have to look at another cause. At your age, the most likely cause is hemorrhoids, colitis, and infectious diarrhea. But all blood in the bowel should be evaluated by a doctor.

Not usually: Iud's are in the uterus and usually do not cause blood in the stool. You need to get this checked out if it keeps recurring. See your provider and check it out!
