Reasonable: Every parent has this worry when there are pediatric cancer diagnosis. Your family history, any congenital abnormalities in your child, immune deficiency or immune suppressive therapy. Consider making an appointment with your pediatrician to discuss if any special testing is necessary or genetic counseling is indicated. Pediatric cancers are rare, familial pediatric cancers are even more so.
