Get checked out BUT: Not unusual to find hard little bumps on the hard palate....They are usually benign, have been there for years, even since birth, and are benign.....However, since i can't see them....And apparently, neither can you....Would be best to have a doctor or dentist take a look see just to be sure....Especially if you smoke cigarettes, chew tobacco, and things like that....Good luck.

Lump/swallowing: Probably coincidental unrelated issues. Lots of things cause lumps. Your Dentist can examine and advise. Sore throat probably viral, but check in with your GP. Your symptoms are too vague to make judgements sight unseen. Go get examined.
