Maybe: Infertility due to damage to the fallopian tubes and or pid are possible outcomes for chlamydia. Whether or not it would always happen is unclear. Antibiotics treatment for another problem (bronchitis, sinus infection) might also cure an unknown chlamydia infection, the person might never test positive or know they had it and show up infertile for no known reason.
