Regular ultrasound said i was too early the transvaginal say i'm 7 weeks and the sac is there but no baby. so am i 7 weeks or least or is it a defect?

Concerning: It depends on the size of the yolk sac, but by 7 weeks, a fetal pole should be seen. It is possible that it was there but just not seen with the ultrasound, so i recommend close follow-up with your doctor and a repeat exam in 1 week.
