Don't expose urself: To d sun (my bad!). Lid swelling could not just be from sun exposure but it could be from conditions related to ur heart and kidneys. See ur dr for an evaluation. Take care!

Cold ice packs : You can try using cold ice packs over the eyes to try to help reduce swelling. Hope this helps!
