This is normal: Acquiring grey hairs is part of the normal aging process and occurs even in the pubic area. Also, it is normal for one testicle to ride slightly higher than the other. This would be abnormal if you have pain or tenderness in one of your testicles. It is normal for you scrotum to hang low especially in warm weather.
