Cuz of terrible face itching im now terrified of anaphylaxis and its making it to where i can't eat! what can i do? just how rare is anaphylaxis? help!

Unlikely: If your problem is only facial itching without swelling, it is unlikely to lead to anaphylaxis or due to a food allergy. It may be a good idea for you to consult an allergist to help you sort the problem out. In the meanwhile don't scare yourself to death. As for how rare anaphylaxis is- the reported incidence ranges from about 1 to 15% although i think the figure is too high , more likely 0.1%.
