Consider kidney infection: If your symptoms include fever pain frequent urination and difficulty and or pain with urination it is likely that you have a serious kidney infection. This should be treated immediately and i suggest you see healthcare professional as soon as possible.

Clarify: Pain in the kidney region does not mean a kidney problem. You need to be evaluated for all three- pain in kidney region, dizzy and body aches. This is not a simple issue and your physician will have to sort it out.
