Diagnosed arthritis of spine, causing hip pain also partial empty sella syndrome & swollen optic disc by neurologist, could they be connected?

Yes ; No: All can be progressive degenerative diseases, however, while empty sella syndrome ; swollen optic disc can both be a result of intracranial hypertension ( elevated pressure in the fluid that suspends the brain), neither are related to hip arthritis.
