Can the doctors have missed me having sick sinus syndrome? i mean my heart reacts super sensitive to everything but it reacts when it should.

Doubtful: If the reaction is appropriate then it is normal. If your heart is very sensitive you should stop all caffeine intake and see how your body reacts. If it condition continues you can have an electro physiologic testing by a cardiologist to check for the electrical activity in your heart and i will also help confirm or rule out sick sinus syndrome.
