Nerve problem: Having a feeling of pain or numbness when there is no obvious problem is often due to a nerve issue. If it is happening in both feet at once it is likely coming from your back. If you have or have had back issues it is almost certainly the cause. I recommend seeing a back specialist/neurologist/neurosurgeon for further evaluation.
