Received a pos pregnancy test. been using a cream for 3 of weeks with hydroquinine. i have stopped, but could this have caused birth defects already?

Quinine: Quinine containing products are usually class c by the fda. There are no known birth effects, however, in very large dosages quinine can lead to optic nerve damage and auditory nerve damage. In all probability, there amount of quinine in your cream is not enough to cause nerve damage.
