So many possible reasons: do you have the right diagnosis -- a medical condition like hormone imbalance, diabetes or hypoglycemia? A psychiatric problem like bipolar, borderline, anxiety, ptsd, drugs/alcohol? A lack of education or role models for coping strategies? Insomnia?
