Size incompatibility: Could be one reason, not enough lubrication is another. By having unprotected sex you are exposing yourself to not only hpv which causes cervical cancer, but many other "forever" std's. Bleeding after sex could mean that one of these has set up shop and made your cervix more fragile, so it can't take the pounding. Would always recommend barrier method of bc along with hormonal if possible to avoid.
