Not only those 2: The other name for it is hereditary hemorrhagic telangiectasia, meaning tortuous blood vessels occur in many parts of the body: nose (causing nosebleeds), stomach (bleeding into the gut), skin and moist membranes (spider veins), liver, lungs, and brain or spine (may manifest as ataxia, stroke, seizures or hemorrhage). Get tested for avms at any other sites. Good luck!
