Post traumatic: Even with minor head injuries, post traumatic headaches are not unusual and can go on for days. Since you did not lose consciousness, i don't think that you had a true concussion. If headaches persist much longer or worsen, see your physician for evaluation.

Probably: If you do not have other symptoms of an infectious illness, then your symptoms are consistent with concussion. The most important thing you can do is rest. If your symptoms persist for another week or the vomiting and headache worsen see your doctor.
