My baby got a huge bloody nose, a lady gave tissues&helped, then i saw she has fresh blood on her nail, if it's her blood, any hiv risk to my baby since my baby and the lady were both actively bleeding.

Risk is almost zero: Hiv cane be transmitted through, body fluid contact, but this situation, tissues may be be carrying virus and it is less liklyl to spread through use of tissue. However given your apprehension, advised to have blood check after few days to relive stress.

Unlikely: The statistical probability is staggeringly low, worry about your child being struck by a meteor instead. The blood on her nail my have been from trying to help your baby.
