Don't be scared...: This is something that has to be done...The broken tooth will cause nothing but pain, and the infection will do nothing but cause harm to you and possibly the baby. I would speak with your obgyn about whether any antibiotics are acceptable and in modern dentistry, with anesthesia, you should not experience much discomfort, if any. A few minutes of discomfort for a healthier body is ok worst case.
