My tsh is 11.4 using thyronorm 100mcg can i get pregnant? i have red rashes on my body how can those be cured and r they bcoz of thyroid?

Need to adjust dose: Your TSH level suggests that you not receiving an adequate dose of your thyroid medication. Please see your doctor for an adjustment to the dose and talk to him/her about your rash. Having your thyroid function in the normal range would help in getting pregnant.
