Not ovulating : Without a pituitary your body cannot ovulate. So you will not need contraception for that reason. Hopefully you see an endocrinologist or other doctor who manages the hormone deficiencies your body has due to the lack of pituitary. Without estrogen you won't ovulate but you also are at risk of bone loss (osteoporosis) and heart disease. Sometimes birth control is used for this. See your doctor.
