I fertlise on the 14th but im away all week so if i.have sex on the 12th then again on the 19th i get back witch is when i ovoulate what's my chances?

Better on the 12th: The question is unclear, but the answer to "what are my chances" for an individual person is "nobody can predict with any certainty". If a woman is ovulating on the 14th, having sex on the 12th may work, because sperm can live 2-3 days. Having sex on the 19th would be too late to make a baby unless ovulation happens on the 18th or later (but that alone is no reason not to have sex).
