I get blurred vision with exercise and when under pressure. what is causing this?

Pigment issue: You could have a condition entitled pigmentary dispersion syndrome in which after exercise, pigment knocked loose in the eye partially obstructs fluid outflow inside, raising the pressure and causing blur. This is much more likely if you are very nearsighted. Check with your ophthalmologist if this pattern continues.
