Keep on keeping on: Regardless of the test, if you feel better there has to be something about gluten-containing foods that doesn't agree with you. Don't think too much about this. Do what makes you feel better.

Gluten sensitivity: How you feel is the ultimate test of whether you're sensitive to gluten.
