Gluten sensitivity: How you feel is the ultimate test of whether you're sensitive to gluten. There are many mechanisms through which gluten may cause someone to feel worse ; they don't all show up in blood tests, which are good at diagnosing celiac disease but not the much more common non-celiac gluten sens. See http://bit.Ly/pqxxfe ; http://www.Celiaccentral.Org/non-celiac-gluten-sensitivity/testing-and-diagnosis/.
