Common.: Pressure from your fetus and placenta pushing on your bladder. I would not worry noe, but after you deliver, it should be dealt with. "leakage" is more common in women having more children, but can affect women who have never been pregnant. Weight gain is also a player in this issue. Make sure your weight gain is within guidelines set by your ob/gyn. Discuss the problem before your delivery!
