See a dermatologist: What is the name of your BP med? Bring to show the dr all pills, meds, vitamins, etc. Other symptoms? You probably need a full exam and blood tests, maybe xrays. So you may need an internist as well. Menstrual change may indicate a need for ob/gyn.
