What does myleomalcia feel like? i do have cervical stenosis . everyday i am in chronic pain. does this cause death or will it progress?

Varies: Myelomalacia has a tremendous spectrum of symptamatology varying from asymptomatic to complete paralysis. There is no sure way of knowing if cervical stenosis will progress. Certainly if it reaches a certain state surgery may be necessary.
