is it best to take probiotics within 12 hours of antibiotics? i'm fighting h pylori. would the probiotics help fight antibiotic resistance?

Probiotics: Most of these organisms in probiotics will be inhibited or killed by the antibiotic combination you are taking to treat helicobacter pylori. They will, however, not hurt. Probably cheaper and more tasteful would be to eat cultured non-pasteurized yogurt, which will help when you have stopped the antibiotics in repopulating your gut with friendly bacteria.
