Fentanyl patches: There are some different manufacturers of fentanyl patches. The branded-duragesic-and the generic actually have differing delivery methods. I would certainly suggest you switch back to the other type if patch to see if the is the reason for your pain returning.

Fenatnyl: Watson fentanyl should be the same but i had patients who reports having similar problem. Try to stick with the one made by mylan and see if it helps, if not, probably your dose may need to be increased.
