Yes you can: But be aware that it is not a good idea to be using tramadol (ultram) and oxycodone near each other, because the tramadol may actually antagonize the effects of the oxycodone. Oxycodone comes in 5, 10, 20 and 30 mg immediate release strengths, and these can be cut - preferably with a pill cutter. The continuous release forms (oxycontin and generic equivalents) cannot and shouldn't be cut/crushed.
