Htn: Your blood pressure are clearly out of control. Extremely high blood pressure associated with chest pain can be a sign off something serious. I suggest that you be seen immediately.

High BP: Your blood pressure is seriously out of control, and chest pains may signal impending heart attack. You should contact your doctor immediately to be seen today or go to a walk-in clinic or er. You should probably be seeing a cardiologist also.
