Urine pregnancy test: The urine test is accurate 10 days after unprotected sex. Were you on "the pill" last cycle? Did you take emergency contraception? When? Which type? Most patients don't realize women who take "the pill" don't actually get a "period"(which means ovulation occurred). Bleeding during the week off, or "sugar pills", is withdrawal bleeding from stopping the active pill. Consider an iud!
