Blood infection: Most blood infections give you a fever, make you really sick and can give you rashes (petechiae) but it does not usually give you red achey feet. If you are having a fever and have other illness beside the red feet, you should be seen right away. Otherwise it sounds like a vascular issue (blood vessels) and may be related to circulation or cold.
