?question: Not quite sure what the question is here. Pain medication is important to monitor effectively to assure that medications are used most effectively, and assure they are not being abused. The situation you are in at home is unfortunate, but you need to realize, you are responsible for your own medications, and really want to assure your son can not get them, and he also needs help. Your wife's problem: Is small. Your son's is a major one. Nit addressed, it will be a disaster. Contact a family therapist.
