Don't: Toothpaste is safe. Otc dietary supplements are not regulated, and may or may not be safe to use during pregnancy. Talk to your obgyn about supplements before you take any. Talk to your dentist about preventing premature birth and low birth weight infants caused by improper oral hygiene during pregnancy.

Pregnant question: You should review very carefully the ingredients on the package, and any recommendations from the manufacturer for use during pregnancy. That being said, i will tell you that there are no prohibitions that I am aware of that would keep you from using these during pregnancy, but remember, there are no guarantees this medicated dentifrice will not effect the fetus.
