Please relax: ANA is a lab value caused by some antibodies, not an infection. It's common for healthy people to test positive at your titer, and the fact that you have alopecia areata groups fits -- many (but not the majority) of such patients are ANA positive. The identification of a centromere pattern may be in error. A supplementing vegetarian has moral high ground ; can be just as healthy as anyone.
