Does a positive ana centromere always mean scleroderma? can a centromere pattern be from hashimotos?

I believe that the rheumatologist will not diagnose Crest syndrome or scleroderma based only on the result of this test. The clinical findings and picture are also used to make the diagnosis in conjunction with blood tests. I don't believe this test would be positive in Hashimoto's thyroiditis.
