Mercury fillings, maybe leakage as i've had it for 15+ years...can that cause ana positive specifically centromere patterns? thanks!

No: Mercury toxicity from dental fillings is a fallacy. It is not the cause for the positive autoantibody tests.

No, not the cause: Once an amalgam (mercury containing) filling has set, it can not leach out mercury. The mercury is chemically bound up with the other components of the filling material and can not get free. Mercury toxicity from fillings is fear-mongering, not fact. It is not the cause of your problem.
