What is a normal pulse pressure range? sometimes my range is 25-35 standing... other times laying down its 45-65 ....why is this?

Let's try: The pulse is the timing and would be low. The pulse pressure systolic minus diastolic is variable. 110/60 would be 50 and normal. 120/80 would be 40 and normal diastolic below 50 would be a concern and should be worked up. Systolic over 150 is a concern . So some variation is normal within the ranges. Hope that helps.

Y r u measuring BP?: Both can be normal depending of level of rest and/or activity. Main question is why a healthy 25 yo is measuring it? If you are worried about your health: eat well and exercise regularly, if you are smoking: quit and if you are overweight, loose a few pounds. Do not waste time taking your pulse pressure.
