Whoa: If you've got cystic acne, and you're a 20 year old woman, you are very much in need of some serious investigations -- specifically, an adrenal, ovarian or other cause of excess androgens. Your monthly cycle is also terribly disrupted. You've got cancer of the adrenal cortex until proved otherwise -- this isn't your most likely diagnosis, but you are in serious danger. Get on with the workup.
