Very strange q. when my ibs symptoms get really bad, my left knee swells up a lil and then settles down in a day, over many years. my gi clueless?

See details: The issues would be unrelated unless the ibs was actually misdiagnosed and the GI issues are really either crohn's disease or ulcerative colitis. I suspect you really have inflammatory bowel disease and not ibs.
