Seasonal Allergies: These are a real problem in temperate climates. What treatments have you tried? There really is no reason to suffer as so many options are available. You can try otc decongestants and antihistamines to start with. If these are not effective, you can see your doctor. He or she can then initiate prescription treatments and refer you to an allergist if it is needed.

Seasonal allergies.: Seasonal allergies r very common. Along with antihistaminic/decongestant u may want 2 try the following. Change ur clothes b4 going2bed ;better still take a shower before u hit the bed. Try anti allergenic pillow covers, bed sheets. Also u can use sinus rinses 4nose congestion. Try otc saline rinses. See ur doc to get referred2 allergist if really bad. They even have oral antigen now.
