Lactose/fructose: Depends on duration. If this is a chronic thing, i usually think about an intolerance to lactose (the sugar found in dairy) or fructose (the natural sugar found in fruit and also in corn syrup). I would try cutting out dairy for a week. If no better can try cutting out juice/soda/apples/pears/honey/maple syrup for a week. If this is acute, i would think infectious.
