It depends: For razor bumps, use an after-shave lotion, let it dry and place a small amount of baby powder over it. For "sunspots", wear sunscreen to prevent worsening. Also, check to ensure it isn't tinea versicolor, a fungal skin infection often noticeable after being in warmth. Tinea will improve with anti fungals like selsun blue. True sunspots will often improve by using a hydroquinone lotion.
