May make it worse: Cocoa butter lotion is made from the cacao plant, and not the coconut oil. So, cocoa butter has moisturizing properties more than antiseptic properties. Raw coconut oil has antibacterial, antiviral, and moisturizing properties too. The lotion may be too thick to put on your bumps, and using something like aloe vera would be more suitable than either cocoa butter or coconut. Use something gentle.
