Glutamine is an Amino Acid found in many protein rich foods (milk, cheese, meat, eggs). The internet claims it helps with recovery, alleviates physical/mental stress, joint pain, mental fitness, ; body's rate of tissue repair. Take these claims with a grain of salt, as with all non-fda regulated products.
