I have oily skin how often should i exfoliate my face or wash it, normally exfoliate everyday i always get spots is this because of exfoliate too much?

Cleanse skin daily: First, use a daily cleanser. Since you are young and have oily skin, i would recommend something with either salicylic acid or benzoyl peroxide (such as clearasil). After cleansing, exfoliation is often done with something with more grit that you can feel rubbing against your skin, similar to sand paper. Too much exfoliation can dry your skin so exfoliating every other day can prevent this.
