Drug tests: Are not usually part of the workup for a colonoscopy. But if for some reason your doctor does decide to to a drug screen (more often tested via urine than blood), thc could show up depending on frequency of use.

Why?: Can they smell it on you? There is no drug screening in routine medical care. None. It gas to be specifically tested and there has to be a specific medical reason to run such a test.
